This notice covers enquiries submitted through the school website.
Information we collect
The enquiry form asks for a parent or guardian name, telephone number, enquiry topic and preferred contact method. Email, programme interest, visit times and a message are optional; email is required if you choose an email reply.
How information is used
The school uses these details to answer your question, contact you or arrange a visit. Your enquiry is stored in the school’s service and can be read by authorised school administrators.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are held on the school’s hosting service. Administrators manage them while they are needed to follow up your enquiry. Archive and Trash hide an enquiry but do not delete it. Permanent deletion removes it from the live database; existing backups follow the hosting provider’s backup lifecycle.
Your requests
Contact the school through the Contact page to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Do not send your child’s identity documents, medical information or other sensitive records through this form.
Browser storage
Your language choice may be remembered in your browser. The admin area uses cookies needed for sign-in. External services linked from the site, such as Facebook and WhatsApp, have their own privacy notices.
